This research project explores the use of amateur video in the Yugoslav Wars (1991-2001). It is interested both in the creation of videos and in their subsequent distribution, use, and interpretation.
In particular, the project currently focuses on video material recorded around the 1995 massacre in Srebrenica.

This project enables students to build their own tools for manipulating images via optical printing and analog processing. It is tied to the course FILMPROD 118/318: Remixing the Moving Image at Stanford University

A software/hardware project designed to enhance discussions of films in class by printing representations of their timelines on long strips of thermal printer.

Ongoing
A series of workshops with groups of migrants who were passing through Serbia and those who had arrived in Austria. The project’s final stage involved public space exhibitions in downtown locations in Belgrade and Vienna.
